CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: All bookings require a 50% downpayment. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your appointment. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Notify us ASAP for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours/days before the appointment will not be eligible for a deposit transfer. Rescheduling is subject to availability. NO-SHOWS: Missing an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future services.
